Project Time Frames
Estimated time frames are based on individual projects and will be quoted at the time of sale, average time frames are 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your setup fees and applicable project information. All projects have a monthly recurring fee associated with them as well.

Use of Registration Information
Our site's registration area requires customers to supply contact information such as name, phone number, and e-mail address. We use this information to contact you to provide quotes and information about our services. We will never share or sell your information, and we will never spam your e-mail address.

Use of Order Information
When you place an order, CrushThem.com requests information such as contact information, address, and billing information. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.

Financial Information
Your financial information is used for the sole purpose of billing you for services provided. This information will not be shared with anyone outside our company.

CrushThem.com Refund Policy
CrushThem.com has drafted this policy to outline our refund procedures for all clients.

Process
CrushThem.com requires a setup fee with all of our services. The setup fee is NOT REFUNDABLE as man hours are required to do the appropriate research and testing for all our services. The monthly fee for Search Results programs IS REFUNDABLE in some cases such as if clients keywords does not rank in the TOP 20 for search rankings. However, SEO work is a NON REFUNDABLE fee as there are no guarantees of search rankings after a Search Engine Optimization program has been established.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed by check and mailed out within 4 weeks of approved cancellation. Refunds are contingint on meeting the terms described below in Cancellation of Service

Billing Policy
CrushThem.com has drafted this policy to outline our billing policy for all customers.

Cancellation of Service
CrushThem.com will only allow a Cancellation of service IF the service is a Search Results campaign AND a search term we submitted on their behalf does NOT show up in the Top 20 search results on Google THEN they will be refunded for ONLY the keyword set which did not show up. Refunds are only valid for the month of cancellation. NO refunds will be given for prior months payments as the client received what they paid for in those preceding months. One keyword set is equivalent to $10 refund for the same month of cancellation, and granted that no further fees will be charged to them for that particular keyword set which did not rank in the Top 20 on Google.

Keyword Selection for Search Results Programs
Keyword selection is at our discretion and may not necessarily be the exact keyword set ordered by the client. Keyword sets vary in ranking and will be determined by CrushThem.com which keyword sets shall be submitted through our programs.
